These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at https://shop.romacwheels.com and your purchase of products from us. They apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the site.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
3. Products
We sell alloy wheels and related products direct to consumers. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any product you order is compatible with your vehicle. We provide fitment guidance on our website, but we accept no liability for orders placed based on incorrect fitment information provided by you.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Ordering
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud, if there is an error in pricing, or if the product is out of stock.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Prices include taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 Hours. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Free delivery thresholds may apply — see our website for current offers.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment is received in full. If your delivery address is outside our shipping zones, please contact us before ordering.
7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers — UK and EU)
If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (the “cooling-off period”). This right is provided under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation, in their original, unused, and undamaged condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed. We will issue a refund, including your original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds are made to your original payment method.
The right to cancel does not apply to products that have been fitted to a vehicle, used, had tyres fitted, or damaged after delivery.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@romacwheels.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (and equivalent EU consumer law where applicable) are not affected by these terms.
9. Returns
Returns outside the cooling-off period are at our discretion. Goods must be returned in an unused and resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee where goods are not in their original condition.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Romac Wheels website — including text, images, logos, product photographs, and design — is the property of Romac Wheels or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant products.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or any loss arising from the use or misuse of our products.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or an EU member state, in which case you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
